KashBox is a PC-based alternative to traditional standalone credit card terminals. KashBox software can turn any PC with an internet connection and Microsoft® Windows® into a full-featured payment processing terminal, and a versatile receipt management system.

Sort of, but without the clutter. The “little grey box” credit card terminal you often see on office desks and retail counters really doesn’t do all that much. KashBox does everything dedicated terminals do, and a whole lot more—only faster, better, and cheaper! All of this without the extra box, wires, printer, and phone line.

Virtually any business or non-profit can use KashBox to process credit cards. KashBox is ideal for doctor’s offices, dentists, churches, service providers, retail stores, wholesale businesses, and almost anyone who currently accepts credit cards.
There’s no cost for the software and no cost to apply for a merchant account with Mercury Payment Systems. So even if you don’t currently accept credit cards but think your business would benefit from doing so, there’s no risk in finding out.

KashBox LE can be downloaded right now from this web site. Just provide some basic information about your business, and you’ll be installed in minutes. KashBox Plus is available only through Authorized Dealers who can answer your questions and help you get set up.

KashBox has been specifically designed to work with Mercury Payment Systems for credit card, debit card, check, and free gift card processing. Although KashBox works best with a high-speed internet connection, it’s not required. It is also possible to use a dial-up modem to process your credit, debit, gift card, and check transactions. If you can connect to the internet, you can use KashBox!
